Where art and passion live
The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences is in the heart of the hustling and bustling city of Makati. Located at 119 L.P. Leviste St., Salcedo Village, which by the way is one of my favorite villages in the city. Such a warm and cozy environment surrounded by parks, cool hang out bars and gastronomical restaurants despite being in the Makati central business district. Great for families, friends and did I mention for your pets too! Picasso definitely chose the right spot for a stress-free staycation.
The moment you walk in, you’ll already notice that the hotel truly lives up to its name - Picasso. Art in every corner complements the colorful interior and just just sums up the famous saying art imitates life… or is it the other way around? Don’t get me wrong, Picasso definitely ain’t just a pretty facade, and actually has the most accommodating, smiling staff and receptionists who offer personalized service just for you! Now, how’s that for hassle-free?
Shout out to Vincent, the outstanding receptionist who truly took care of me during my stay.
Check in is a complete breeze, but just a head’s up, there’s is a 2,000PHP safety deposit which you will be returned to you after your stay. The Picasso Makati is a master of the art of great stays! Here are some activities that I would like to share with ya’ll so you can enjoy your stay just as much as I did!
Picasso Boutique Hotel kindly allowed me stay in their Barcelona / Montparnasse Suite room for two nights. The suite was absolutely breathtaking with its bright and vivid colors and high ceilings, and it is noticeably spacious. The suite includes two balconies, a flat screen tv, a ginormous bathroom (which I completely went insane for) and some welcome snacks that I dug into during my stay. Satisfied my every sweet, salty, fruity and chocolaty craving!
Picasso Boutique Hotel has invested in unique art pieces for each floor and room, and I must say each corner has its own story to tell. All very interesting and inviting. Don’t forget to check out their art gallery (located on the 4th floor), which features pieces made by local artists!

The room included a complimentary breakfast for two. They served us a mouth watering deluxe continental breakfast by Pablo Bistro from 6:00 to 10:00 AM. Besides the served meal there is also a breakfast buffet that has limited but well selected dishes that you can see in my photos below.
The Picasso Boutique Hotel also knows how to get you to work up an appetite with their gym, complete with all the essential work out machines. Just name it and I’m pretty sure they have it.
The Picasso Boutique Hotel surely knows how to treat their guests. QiWellness combines century-old healing practices of China with modern design and advances in wellness - just dial “0” on the phone to schedule your spa visit. Gosh, just like the in the movies. Definitely was a luxurious spa experience!
Overall my stay was absolutely amazing, definitely a well-spent artsy weekend! So much exploration to do here. From the beautiful artwork in the Picasso Hotel, to the different activities you can do in the surrounding area. Take note of this, make sure to drop by the Saturday weekend market that is a well-known local favorite in the area. Then, at night visit the Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle and see the music and lights - tis’ the season to be jolly! Open to the public, the lights show is every 30 minutes from 6pm to 10pm, and the best part is it’s totally free!
What a better way to spend you holiday season in the city!
