Visiting BenCab Museum in Baguio

Vol. 4

An afternoon in BenCab Museum (National Artist Ben Cabrera's art collection) Okay, so I’m back again in Baguio, but this time with my fambam. So my sister took us to this famous museum in Baguio – BenCab Museum. I can honestly say Bencab Museum has been one of the most unique and beautiful museums I’ve seen so far and you guys should definitely visit it before leaving Baguio. It's a must!

Though, going there could get a little tricky since there's a lot of sharp curves and some narrow roads that you'll have to pass through, but no worries because of WAZE you'll find it easy to navigate. But just for your information, the museum is located along Km. 6 Asin Road, Tadiangan,Tuba, Benguet. It's about four stories high and right beside it, what you will see is the National artist's Ben Cabrera's modern looking house, which by the way was pretty awesome since you could actually see his house from the museum.

If I'm not mistaken, the BenCab Museum has a total of 9 art galleries, it will definitely be a whole day thing, so make sure you make time visiting this place. And I also heard that time to time the museum conducts exhibits that showcase different contemporary art from local artists and as well as international artists.

How we really are 24/7

Then at the back of the museum you will see a huge greenery with a breath-taking view and in the midst of it you will see a small Nipa hut by the pond with some fishes beside the nearby hill. Great for taking photos!
